These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of merchandise from Walmarteo, an online department store offering apparel, home goods, beauty products, everyday essentials, and other related items (collectively, “Products”). By placing an order on Walmarteo.com (“Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy (all available on the Website). Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase to understand your rights and obligations, as well as Walmarteo’s commitments to you.
1. Order Acceptance & Formation
- Order Submission: When you add Products to your cart, enter shipping and payment details, and click “Place Order,” you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected Products at the listed price. This offer is subject to Walmarteo’s acceptance, which is not guaranteed until confirmed.
- Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send an “Order Acknowledgment” email to confirm we have received your request. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Walmarteo’s acceptance occurs only when:
- We send a “Shipping Confirmation” email (with a tracking number) indicating your order has been processed and shipped; or
- For made-to-order or specialty Products (e.g., custom-printed home goods), we send a “Production Confirmation” email verifying your order details and initiating production.
- Order Rejection: Walmarteo reserves the right to reject or cancel your order at any time, without liability, for reasons including:
- Incorrect pricing or product details (e.g., typos, system errors) on the Website;
- Insufficient inventory to fulfill the order (we will notify you promptly if this occurs);
- Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., unauthorized payment methods, mismatched billing/shipping addresses);
- Failure to verify your identity or payment information.
If your order is rejected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (or immediately if the payment was not processed).
2. Product Information & Pricing
- Accuracy of Product Details: Walmarteo strives to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all Products (e.g., size charts for apparel, ingredient lists for beauty products, dimensions for home goods). However, we do not guarantee that all details are error-free—minor discrepancies (e.g., slight color variations due to screen settings, minor size differences in apparel) may occur. - Pricing: All prices on the Website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable U.S. state and local sales taxes (where required by law). Walmarteo reserves the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed via a Shipping or Production Confirmation email.

Walmarteo may modify or terminate promotions without notice, and only one discount code may be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Payment Terms
- Accepted Payment Methods: Walmarteo accepts the following payment methods for orders:
- Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover);
- PayPal;
- Walmarteo gift cards (purchased directly from the Website).
All payments are processed in USD.
- Payment Security: Your payment information is processed securely by PCI DSS-compliant third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Walmarteo never stores full credit card details or sensitive payment data—all transactions are encrypted to protect your information.
- Payment Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize Walmarteo (or its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount (including taxes, if applicable). If your payment is declined, we will notify you, and your order will not be processed until payment is successfully authorized.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Processing includes verifying inventory, inspecting Products for quality, and preparing items for shipping. For oversized, heavy, or made-to-order Products (e.g., large furniture, custom towels), processing time may extend to 3–5 business days (we will notify you of any delays).
- Delivery Timeline: After processing, you can expect delivery of your order within 6–12 days from the date of the Shipping Confirmation email. This timeline applies to most domestic (U.S.) and international destinations, but may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays for international orders, carrier disruptions).
- Global Free Shipping: Walmarteo offers free shipping on all orders worldwide—no minimum order value is required. This includes standard shipping methods for both domestic and international orders (expedited shipping methods, if available, may incur additional fees, but these are optional and not required to receive free shipping).
- International Orders: For international orders:
- You are responsible for paying all customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Walmarteo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing—delivery timelines may be extended by 2–3 days for international orders due to customs clearance.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Return Eligibility: You may return most Products for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery (confirmed by tracking). To be eligible:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags, packaging, and accessories intact);
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided;
- Certain Products are non-returnable (e.g., final sale items, opened beauty products, personalized items)—these are clearly marked on the product page.
- Return Process: To initiate a return:
- Submit a request via the “Returns Portal” (My Account > Order History) or email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label (for all orders, domestic and international—no shipping costs for returns).
- Ship the Product back to us within 7 days of receiving the label.

We will send a replacement Product free of charge or issue a full refund—no return is required for damaged/defective items (we may ask you to discard or donate the item for convenience).
6. Limitation of Liability
- Walmarteo’s total liability to you for any claim related to your order (e.g., damaged Products, delayed delivery, order cancellation) shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected Products.
- Walmarteo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., inconvenience, lost use of the Product, additional expenses) arising from your purchase or use of Walmarteo Products, except where prohibited by law.
- This limitation of liability applies regardless of the cause of the claim (e.g., breach of contract, negligence) and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Changes to These Terms
Walmarteo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
